Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RepSlate, including the website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RepSlate is a personal fitness training system for logging workouts, viewing personal analytics (such as volume, intensity, and progression), scheduling sessions, and receiving rule-based program suggestions based on your data and preferences.

The Service is provided for informational and personal training purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not share accounts, attempt to access another user’s data, abuse the Service, or reverse-engineer the platform except as allowed by applicable law.

While RepSlate is in beta, features may change, and the Service may be free of charge. We may introduce paid plans later; we will communicate material changes in pricing before charging you.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.

You retain ownership of the training data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPSLATE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) zero if the Service was free.
