Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RepSlate (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service.

We build RepSlate as a private personal training workspace. We do not sell your personal data.

Account information: email address and authentication identifiers provided by our auth provider (Supabase Auth), and optional profile preferences (such as units, goals, and training frequency).

Training data you choose to log: exercises, sets, reps, loads, optional intensity (RIR), notes, templates, scheduled workouts, and related analytics derived from that data.

Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, device/browser type, and timestamps needed to operate and secure the Service.

To provide the Service: authentication, storage of your logs, analytics, recovery guidance, program suggestions, and scheduling.

To secure and maintain the Service: prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.

To communicate with you about the account or material product changes when necessary.

Training and account data are stored in a hosted Postgres database (Supabase) with encryption in transit (TLS). Access to your rows is restricted by authentication and row-level security policies so other users cannot read your private training data.

We use industry-standard provider controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (for example hosting and database/auth), under contractual obligations to protect it, or when required by law.

We do not use your training logs to train third-party foundation models.

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated training data by contacting hello@repslate.app. We will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period unless we must retain it for legal or security reasons.

You can update preferences in Settings, and you can stop using the Service at any time. Marketing emails, if any, will include an unsubscribe option; transactional account messages may still be sent.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated date on this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice when appropriate.
